Das im Jahr 1892 erbaute Haus verbindet in harmonischer Weise modernes Interieur mit original erhaltenem Dekor. Neben einem modern ausgestatteten Fitnessraum steht Ihnen eine private Anlegestelle für die Anreise mit dem Wassertaxi zur Verfügung. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt die Vaporetto-("Wasserbus") Haltestelle Salute.
